My Story
A few years ago, I found myself searching for something deeper a sense of balance, connection, and purpose. That search brought me back to yoga. It had always been around me growing up in different ways, but I’d never truly explored it for myself.
What started as a gentle workout, just a way to move, soon became something more. It turned into a space where I could soften, tune in, and reconnect not just with my body, but with my heart and energy.
Eventually, I travelled to Rishikesh, India, and completed my 200-hour teacher training. I didn’t plan to teach - I went to learn, to immerse myself. But when I began sharing what I’d learned, I saw how deeply it resonated. That’s when I realised this practice wasn’t just for me - it was something I was meant to share.
I returned to India for my 300-hour training, this time with a clear intention to teach. What I found there went far beyond the physical. I connected with the roots of the practice - the philosophy, the lineage, the deeper teachings. The Eight Limbs of Yoga, especially the Yamas and Niyamas, continue to shape the way I live and teach.
Today, I offer yoga in both private and group settings - from luxury spaces like Chelsea Barracks and the Corinthia Hotel to residential communities such as Authors in King’s Cross and Park Side Yards - West London. I hold space for movement, breath, and stillness - a chance to come back to yourself.
I’m also the co-founder of Gather and Glow, a wellness collective blending yoga, nutrition, and delicious food. We host uplifting morning events, corporate workshops, and retreats designed to inspire connection, movement, and joy. It’s an amazing way to get involved - to flow, learn, and enjoy fresh, nourishing meals in a beautiful, feel-good setting. Think good vibes, great people, and the kind of energy that stays with you long after the session ends.
Through Kaya Yoga, I aim to keep the practice real and grounding. It’s not about being perfect. It’s about being present - and remembering what matters most.
Whether it’s through 1:1 sessions or group spaces, my intention is always the same: to help you return to yourself.
